The fin thruster The Base de Koalition is a model designed to offer optimal performance on a wide range of boards and surfing conditions. With a versatile design, this fin is ideal for surfers seeking an excellent compromise between stability, responsiveness and maneuverability. It is particularly suitable for boards in thruster configuration (three fins), which are appreciated for their balance between control and fluidity in medium to large waves.

Material: The Base fin is made from high quality fiberglass and epoxy resin, ensuring both strength and flexibility. This material allows an excellent weight/solidity ratio while offering increased durability and good resistance to impacts and varied surfing conditions.

Design:

•     Shape: The fins are designed with a moderate base and a slightly tapered profile, which guarantees increased stability while allowing immediate reactivity in turns.
•     Surface: The surface of each fin is balanced to maximize grip while allowing for gradual release during smooth maneuvers. The central fin is slightly larger than the side fins, which provides good directional stability, while the side fins provide freedom for tighter and faster maneuvers.
